ASK is a multidisciplinary management and advisory firm serving the entertainment industry, founded by Alicia Karlin. In 2026, ASK entered into a joint venture with The Circuit Group, combining resources across management, label services and publishing. As the group’s Global President of Live, Karlin leads touring strategy and live initiatives across its roster.

A two-time Billboard Women in Music honoree, Karlin serves on the boards of Backline and Femme House, supporting mental health and equity in the music industry.
